The benefits offered within ABEO vary depending on the entity and the country, in order to best meet the local needs of our employees. However, the Group and its companies share a common goal: to provide a pleasant working environment that respects everyone’s well-being. Common benefits include tailored social coverage (healthcare, paid leave, meal vouchers, etc.) and flexible work arrangements, depending on the role and the company. Other benefits may also be offered, such as relaxation areas or internal events.

Yes, ABEO places great importance on ensuring the health and safety of all its employees through a Zero Accident policy based on risk prevention, continuous training, and everyone’s commitment to complying with current safety standards. The Group’s various production sites share best practices, driven by a shared ambition to guarantee a safe, healthy, and fulfilling work environment. They are supported in this by ABEO’s Continuous Improvement team, which helps to strengthen their prevention culture and implement effective actions.

Yes, ABEO aims to provide an environment where employees can grow and take on new responsibilities, in line with their needs and ambitions. We are working to develop our internal mobility offer — to create more potential bridges between departments or different entities — as well as our training programs. Today, training is delivered either by specialized external providers or internally by colleagues from the same company, from another Group entity, or from ABEO’s support departments.

The recruitment process within the Group varies depending on the position and the company, but it generally includes at least three stages: application review, a phone or video interview to better understand the candidate’s profile, and an in-person interview, sometimes including a practical case or exercise. Each step is designed to assess the candidate’s technical skills, motivation, and alignment with the culture of the Group and the specific company. We strive to offer a transparent and respectful recruitment experience.

In response to growing societal challenges, the Group and its companies are taking action to reduce their environmental and social impact. ABEO’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy is built around three key pillars: to promote physical activity for the well-being of the many; to develop and propose sustainable products and solutions; to foster diversity, team fulfillment and respect for stakeholders. To learn more about our initiatives, we invite you to visit the "Sustainability" page on our website.

ABEO itself does not directly sell products or services. It is the Group’s companies - each with its own identity and area of expertise - that offer B2B products and solutions tailored to their respective markets. You’ve likely already come across some of our companies’ products, such as sports equipment or lockers, in schools, sports clubs, leisure parks, or even in workplace facilities. To learn more about ABEO’s various brands and their offerings, we encourage you to explore the “Our Brands” section on our website, as well as the individual websites of our companies.

ABEO’s three core values - trust, perseverance, and team spirit - were defined through participatory "Values Workshops" held with the corporate team. With their cross-functional view of the Group and its companies, employees were invited to share and reflect on values they experience or would like to see strengthened at ABEO. A summary of the workshops was then presented to Group Management, which had also taken part in the same exercise. The results were compared, and three of the values selected by Management were also among those chosen by employees - demonstrating strong alignment between lived and aspirational values. It’s worth noting that the Group’s values are not imposed on its companies; each entity has its own set of values, which ABEO fully respects.
