YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Join Bosan as an IT Engineer. You will be part of the Information Systems department and will play a key role in the deployment of a Group ERP within the subsidiary, working in a dynamic SME environment.

You will collaborate closely with a local ERP integrator, the on-site project team, and the Group IT teams, under the coordination of the ABEO Group Information Systems Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting end users in expressing their business needs and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements

• Contributing to the drafting of functional and technical specifications

• Participating in data migration and data consistency checks

• Taking part in technical workstreams, including developments and system interfaces

• Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and user procedures

• Planning and supporting the training of end users

• Ensuring proper implementation and adoption of defined business processes and data flows

• Providing first-level functional support to local teams, in close coordination with Group IT, primarily in English

YOUR PROFILE

This opportunity is for you if:

• You are currently enrolled in an engineering school or university program specializing in Information Systems, Computer Science, or ERP systems

• You have a strong interest in ERP projects, business processes, and information systems within an international environment

• You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and multicultural context

• You have good analytical skills and enjoy interacting with business users

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus

• You are autonomous, curious, well-organized, and eager to learn
