🎯 About the Role

As a Field Support Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, coordinating, and supporting the installation and maintenance of gymnastics equipment at customer sites and competition venues.

This a hands-on, field-based position with significant travel, where you ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and to the highest quality standards.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Project Coordination

• Plan and support gymnastics equipment installations from start to finish.

• Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation projects.

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

🛠️ Technical Support

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair support.

• Ensure all installations meet safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines.

👥 Team Leadership

• Supervise field technicians and subcontractors.

• Deliver training on installation best practices and safety procedures.

✔️ Quality & Compliance

• Inspect installations for quality and safety compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed.

🤝 Customer Service

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during installation phases.

• Address customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience in field operations, ideally within sports or gymnastics equipment installation.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate field teams.

• Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel extensively.

Desirable

• Knowledge of BS EN safety standards for sports equipment.

• Experience with CAD drawings or site planning.

• First Aid and Health & Safety certifications.

• Technical understanding of gymnastics apparatus.
