Cannice is a fast-growing global brand in artistic gymnastics. We design, develop and deliver high-performance equipment for clubs, federations and major international tournaments. With our footprint in Europe, LATAM and Asia, and our production facility in China, we combine innovation with deep professional expertise to support athletes and coaches worldwide.
As we continue to scale, we are looking - at our Europe office - for a Commercial Manager who strengthens our commercial backbone, drives revenue performance, and ensures that Sales and Customer Service operate seamlessly as one aligned, professional and ambitious unit.
Your Mission
You are responsible for developing, structuring and executing Cannice’s commercial strategy. You lead the Sales and Customer Service teams, overseeing daily operations while building the processes, capabilities and discipline needed for international growth.
You play a pivotal role between the Business Director, Product Marketing, and the operational teams in China. You ensure that market needs are translated into clear actions, that forecasts and pipelines are accurate, and that customers worldwide receive consistent quality and support.
Your leadership sharpens focus, improves execution, and raises Cannice’s commercial performance to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
– Lead and coach the global Sales team over the global markets
– Build structured sales processes: forecasting, pipeline management, reporting
– Ensure revenue, margin and growth targets are achieved
– Build and support international dealer networks and key accounts
– Strengthen sales capabilities and professionalise commercial routines
Customer Service Excellence
– Manage the Customer Service team located in China
– Ensure efficient order handling, clear communication and high service levels
– Improve procedures that link Sales, customer service, logistics and production
– Monitor performance (response times, order accuracy, OTIF delivery)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Product Marketing to align product updates, specifications and commercial priorities
– Coordinate with Production (China) on lead times, product availability and technical requests
– Ensure commercial input is represented in product roadmap and operational planning
Commercial Operations & Process Improvement
– Introduce structure, KPIs and performance dashboards
– Improve pricing governance, quotation procedures and margin control
– Streamline workflows across Sales, Customer Service and other departments
– Support the Business Director in strategic commercial initiatives
What You Bring
- You are familiar with artistic gymnastics and ideally have practical experience in this sport
– Experience as Commercial Manager or similar commercial leadership role
– Proven ability to build structure and drive performance within organisations
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving and execution
– Natural leadership presence; able to guide, motivate and align teams
– Experience working with international dealers, distributors or federations
– Comfortable working across cultures and time zones (Europe, LATAM, Asia)
– Willingness to travel internationally (25%)
